Training -

We entered the MTC in Provo on Monday, February 3, and were assigned to an apartment and provided our meal tickets for the week. It was a unique experience eating in the cafeteria with hundreds of young elders and sister missionaries. We wish we had taken a picture. Our training throughout the week was in small districts comprised of 4 couples each. We studied "Preach My Gospel", which is the standard guideline for all missionaries.

We felt we had the best district of the 40 or so missionaries couples in the Senior MTC. We laughed, we cried and had lots of spiritual moments. The Harmans from Idaho are going to Sharon, VT to be landscapers at the visitors center at the birthplace of the Prophet Joseph Smith. The Halls from Vancouver, Canada are going to Kingston, Jamaica to be member/leadership missionaries. The Soffes from Utah are going to San Diego, CA to work in the mission home.  Elder Soffe will be the "Car Czar", but he asked to be referred to as "His Eminence".
